I have some problems with my hard disk I think the problem is the bad sectors.. I found someting at Fix-hdd-bad-sectors.com but I need more information about how to fix the bad blocks. Please help me.
You could go to your HDD manufacturer's website and download the bootable tools to repair the sectors, or download the Ultimate Boot CD at http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download.html which contains every HDD tool for every company and burn it to a CD.

I see. Obviously your problem is you aren't hip enough to appreciate "I'm lovin' it". Old white dinosaurs like yourself should go to Applebees, not McDonalds.
This normally signals the death of the HD. You should back up as much data as you can, and transfer it to a new HD. The data you back up, might be corrupted so don't expect to save much.
The problem is more than likely only going to get worse as time goes on since this is normally caused by a physical break down of pieces instead of some software issue. You might be able to get things properly aligned and working fine for a while but it will only be a temp fix and the HD will go tits up on ya. I don't think you can "fix" this kind of problem since it is basically telling you your HD starting to wear out.
Bad sectors can happen on a healthy drive but they cannot be repaired. They will be marked as "bad" by scan programs and not used again. This is normal and should not affect the longevity of the drive as long as they don't spread, sort of like a benign tumor.
Bad sectors can also be caused by particles floating around in the drive - which is bad. When you bump a drive while it's spinning the heads slap against the platters and kick up some particles. The heads ride above the platters on an air wash at about a hair's breadth and if a particle gets between the head and the platter it can cut a groove making more bad sectors. At that point the failure is exponential and the drive will soon be inaccessible. The best thing to do is to
****BACK UP YOUR DATA**** (which you should already have, healthy drive or no)
..then get a diagnostic test from the drive manufacturer to see if the drive is bad.
er a wee bit of the ol google reveals several other first and only posts by our friend here pimping his favourite site, claiming they fixed his hdd problem. hmm.
edit: like so
