Living in South Texas, I have seen some of the creepiest fucking bugs you could possibly imagine. There is this rare type of centipede that is bright red called the Giant Redheaded Centipede. It grows to about 7" long and 1.5" wide. It's pretty damn poisonous and if it walks across your body each one of its feet will sting you and leave a little bit of poison in the little incision. I walked in my room late one night and saw one on the floor and I swear I almost shit my fucking pants. I ran out and grabbed a bigass knife and cut that mother fucker in half. I had a lot of trouble sleeping that night to say the least.
This is why i want to stay the fuck away from Texas, Sonic.
I've not seen any creepy bugs yet this winter, and i'd be quite happy to not see any for the rest of my life either.
I once got bit on the stomach (err, pretty low, as well. frighteningly low) by a creepy unknown bug at a festival in the middle of nowhere, and i've taken up the reflex of just punching insect when i see them.
HAET.
except for moths. Are moths insects? because they're all sorts of awesome.
