Still pretty rough (yes, the skinning is terrible in places), so suggestions and stuff would be nice. Going to start working on her weapon as well. Can't leave that one out.

i really love the porportions on this.. i think the hair could use some work.. never been a fan of plane hair. if you look at some real hair it is made up of volumes. the overlapping planes approach just looks like some bent cardboard with stripes painted on it.
I'm not sure if it's the lighting or smoothing groups, but I see some strange crunching going on by her ass to leg seam. You might consider rounding her ass out a bit more and spend a few more polygons on it (considering how dense other areas of the mesh are), or fix that lighting somehow, it is a focal point.

I like the concept, perhaps some more gadgets are in order. (and a splash of a third color)
I hope it looks better than the planes.
As Eq said the hair looks flat I also think she looks a little bit inexpressive in the last screens you posted.
also use a bettre light rig since th=o soft those hard shadows and keep pushing the texture
looks pretty good otherwise!
