joe alter, dude who made shave and a haircut and lip service, has integrated lip service into max, plus added some really nice features, the sculpting vids look very promising. there is a demo available, and some example scenes if you want to try it out.

Wow, this would be a really nice add on...I don't do much animation or morphs, but this would be really helpful.
