Cintiq too expensive? Build your own!

This guy built his own Cintiq from a £30 12x12 wacom tablet and a £38 LCD screen from a broken laptop, both purchased off of eBay. I can't find a total cost but he said it's 5% the cost of a Cintiq which costs £2,999 from wacom's europe store so he spent around £149 by my calculations.

Actually he spend less that 100$ acording to the article, but he got some really cheap deals (almost "once in a life-time" like deals).
It's pretty cool, but you really need some L337 "modding" skills to turn that into a really functional device.

Yeah I posted it when I put my Intuous 3 behind my 15" laptop monitor. He did what I couldn't do, cause I don't have the money
