but when the wii is re released we can all expect it to be half the size of the current version and look much cooler, so much cooler that everyone that has one will have to go get another one. the same in the following year when it is yet re re released again.
seriously, it's annoying that they didn't include dvd playback in the current generation, but does it really matter that much? my xbox upconverts dvds to 1080i, and you can grab an hdmi upconverting dvd player for a little over 50 bucks nowadays.
