He is quite chunky, perhaps you should do a research run and compile an image reference guide before you really try nailing him down...it doesn;t look like him fro mmy memory or from reference.
Well, lets have a look at him and see what needs to be tweaked. http://perfectdark.3dactionplanet.gamespy.com/sc2/scii_nightmare_b.jpg
Your model's not bad, but it lacks a lot of the interesting silhouette of the original. Giving him a thinner waiste, longer legs and shrinking down the head a bit would be a good start.
the sort answer is no it doesn't look like him. The head is wrong, you added an ugly pompadour and a horn and removed his cool ear/inteni things. The chest isn't the same shape nore is the shoulder armor. The evil arm has lots of wonky bits that i have never seen on him before and the fingers have one too many joints. The legs lack the slenderness of the original as well as the details. You forgot his cod piece and made the waist/thigh armor too weak looking.
Huh, I don't see any major changes, the outfits change with every iteration of Soul Calibur. I'd accuse you of fanboy-ism but you've never played SCIII, shame!
I can't see any images right now because my work proxy is blocking your server, but the organic arm doesn't really look organic enough, it looks like you have some seperate pieces intersecting the mesh, make it all one solid mesh. Also, the way you did the geometry of the crest spikes doesn't really match the source, yours are shaped like pointed fence posts while the sources spikes look like spear heads.
From what I can see this is what I noticed as being off from the concept art and models of Nightmare.
- The Helmet is more rounded in the concept. Yours has a very jagged front. Move some verts up and make that not such a sharp point.
- The spike on his forehead is a spike and it's very long. Your's doesn't appear to be long enough.
- The top of his helmet. Your's is too thick. Look at the concept again and try to get as close as you can.
- I think thats a good start along with what everyone else has already said. I would also look at the overall proportions. Your guy looks like his fat little brother or something.
Also give us some better renders. Get rid of that hideous green and that terrible fiery background and ugly floor. It just hurts my eyes.
Also play with the smoothing groups. You seem to have some issues here.
Anyways. Have a good day and I look forward to some updates.

I think 'not looking like him' is a big detail.
That aside, it doesn't look like his arms are actually attached... just sort of stuck there on the side.

Was that what you were looking for?
Dear god, what have they done to him.
