Definitely needs some tone variations in the face... right now its all the same green, just some parts are blacker, some whiter. Nothing a subtle overlay won't fix. or help fix.
He looks like he's got a slight noise layer applied, and I think it needs to be scaled a bit smaller... the dots are a bit too big right now.

I vote 3, but with ripped jaggy edges instead of tailor cut sleeves/shorts. Like he tried to dress posh but got pissed off and ripped the arms and legs off the clothing
Good job...I like the concept alot. Looks like you're moving along at a good pace, and I'm looking forward to seeing your texture work on this guy. How many poly's are you shooting for with the finished piece?
