PC version works great but it doesn't run too good on my Intel Macbook, if just seems to hang up on the color wheel for no reason. I use Camino on my Macbook.
I'm not sure what you're talking about Per, window list sidebar? Firefox has "tabs" that let you keep new pages all in one window. It lists them across the top. Ctrl-T to open a new tab. Is that what you're after or are you looking for something that displays all those windows at the same time?
Well, it loads super fast, but it doesn't remember my tabs from previous session The Session Saver extension doesn't work with v2.0, but this version of Firefox is supposed to remember previous session if you tell it to (Tools > Options > Main: When Firefox starts > Show my windows and tabs from last time). But it doesn't work for me. It always opens blank. Did I miss something?
sorry to resurrect an old crappy thread, but has anyone else experienced an insane amount of lockups with 2.0? On both my laptop and desktop it freezes many times a day and it won't allow me to end the process or restart the computer, forcing me to do a hard reset. i just installed the 1.5.7 build again and it works great.
nope, no crashing problems. The only problem I have with it is that at times I can't copy or paste things, so I have to minimize n' maximize the screen the screen, then it works again.
sonic: I personally have yet to have a problem, however, one of the UNIX admins here at work could not get it to work in Linux (Slax, I believe). I always wanted to pull the 1.5 version even when the binaries were removed. Another guy said that if he had more than a couple tabs open, it would blur out text on the tabs. Mileage may vary, I guess.
Adam: he included a picture and an explanation of exactly what he meant. It was an exciting novel, reading somewhat like: "A list of tabs is not what i need"
Also because you can't even mmb-click on the entries of that list, or rightclick, or err... you know, ANYTHING he mentioned.

Should I download a free browser or spend $3000 on hardware I don't need... quite a dilemma there.
I think he means a visual list of windows

You mean like this?
Right click to refresh the whole list.
