So my roomate Swan and I decided to throw down on this character tag team style. the concept art is by yours truly and Swan is pumping out the model. Nevermind that learning how to electricute from the eel's our blanka has had some adjustments made curtesy of shadowloo.

Thanks, but I know what you mean,the orc thing is killing me. As the model is progressing we're getting away from that a bit. more to come soon.

i really like your concept art.
shrink the head and make him more buffed up
the big head small body makes him like a goblin or something
i think your friend needs to stay more true to the concept art.

I think one of the things that gave Blanka his look was his meaty neck (which you have in some of the drawings). Very large, powerufl muscles there and the upper torso gave him a more animalistic look. Might want to give that a shot and see if it helps.
