Object color thingy, 3dsmax

Hi all,

Does someone know how I can set a default object color when making primitives like boxes, spheres etc so they always are in the same color when created.

Uncheck that box.

Click on the Modify Tab, over on the right. It looks like a blue rainbow. Directly underneath it should be a blank space where the object name would appear... next to it is a box of some color. Click that, and you'll be able to choose anything you want. I like to have on black, just so the wireframes are always black, since I use a solid color in the diffuse, set to animate from 100% - 0% opacity through frames 0-2
