Just picked up God Hand today, what a blast; it had me at Poison Chihuahua. A warning though: just like the trailer said, this game is tough but fair, they game ramps up its difficulty based on how good you're doing. There is also a whole lot of button mashing in the game, like when you're air juggling or doing the ground stomp on an enemy, I think my right arm is bigger just from the hour or so I played this morning.
One more thing, Q & A are the gayest characters I've seen in a video game yet, even more than Makoto from Enchanted Arms.

I like how you can customize your combos.
It's definatley got it's issues in the camera, and the story is nothing to write home about, but who really cares.
I love the cinematic when you reach the first boss, and your character says, 'Finally, a boss fight!'
I really enjoyed the game, (more than IGN, at least,) and while it was definitely hard, I felt it remained very fair up until the final boss. The only way I managed to beat him was to save and carry over the Full Health pickup in one of the jars for the Devil Hand fight.
