lip syncing software,any recommendations?

Hi guys

Im just wondering if anyone can recommend any lip syncing software youy have used in the past or heard good things about.

We have to do a bunch of short clips of over serveral minutes of audio of 2 resonably realistic animated people talking to each other.

The software must also be:-

*reasonably quick to use.
*be compatable with Studio Max 8
*reasonably versatile.

We have a budget of £300 ($560) to spend on this software/plug-in.

Any advise would be much appreciated.

It depends Your demand, ...maybe VOICE O MATIC - plugin for 3DS MAX 8 for 350$ can be completely enough.
Recently I've been playing with it and I can say that
it's really EASY TO USE .

I played a bit with trial version a while ago, and it seemed pretty nice. It can export animations to all major 3D and some 2D packages.
