Argh, I really shouldn't be getting involved in any non-environment stuff but I can't resist!
I wanted to do someone who was kind of obscure so I picked Retsu from the first Street Fighter.
edit: oh boy, I never even heard of Street Fighter EX, D. Dark seems more my style, I'll have to think about this.
