I don't even play the streetfighter games that much, but I want to redesign this quirky chapm, is hair should be super fun:

He originally turned up in Final Fight, but I'm pretty sure he was called Hugo back then too.

You should really beef up the legs, he is not some bodybuilder wuzz but a giant.

His name back in final fight was Andore as I remember it.

Oh yeah, this is the quick concept I had drawn up for reference.


I may beef up his legs a bit. But like I said, this time I'm going for highly stylized. Just because I don't do really stylized things too often.
