nFusion Interactive - Project Manager
nFusion Interactive is seeking a Project Manager for keeping an up to the day account in Microsoft Project for all current through final tasks. This person records and tracks current and future duties for the core development team, supporting teams, and the publisher.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform Project management administrative functions establish/maintain project procedures, facilitate status meetings, produce status reports and distribute project documentation and schedule.
Coordinate with staff and task interdependencies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Must proactively track and maintain the schedule daily, identifying and fixing problems early before they become a bigger issue.
Facilitate and drive communication between internal and external development teams and the publisher.
Coordinates resources through the company to ensure successful completion of the product.
Create and update information to provide real-time visibility of shared development efforts.
Proactively identifies risks associated with meeting project milestones; ensures necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties which may impede progress or compromise achievement of projects objectives.
Ideal Qualifications
Proven team player and motivator.
Extremely organized & detail oriented with a very consistent follow through.
Advanced MS Project skills.
Excellent English language written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to create, track and maintain comprehensive large-scale project schedules.
Proactive in identifying inefficiencies in production pipeline and proposing sensible solutions.
Must be able to work easily across disciplines and divisions.
