That is pretty cool. I think the textures look a little over saturated.

Looks inspired by a Warhammer Orc.

Color scheme of the armor matches the flesh tones. This makes it all run together visually. Try out some more contrasting/complimenting colors for the armor.

The texturing for the armor looks like you drew out the wire frame on it. It’d looks better painted as big single chunks of metal like the concept.
