Okay, let me describe the scene in which the quote is said: The main character is at a carnival with his girlfriend, and he won a stuffed pink elephant for her. The carny running the booth is telling him that he didn't win because he stepped over the white line, and the main character is getting VERY pissed. The carny eventually tells him to "scram," and the main character proceeds to break the man's fingers.
