So, for those who hadn't figured it out from the picture, TNSLB and me are expecting a lil mini polycounter on the date shown above. We just felt you should know so Tins can bitch about pregnancy pains, and I can bitch about Pregnant Tins without you all wondering WTF?
That is all - save the congrats till the little suckers born, but other than that feel free to warn us of the perils that lie ahead, or bake us cookies or whatever it is people do when you have a bun in the oven

All my friends are having babies lately, so I'm all in baby-mode.
All I can advise is that you enjoy wasting time and doing 'stuff' now, as much as you can because once it starts, it doesn't really end

Ewww. The smell of freshly pooped polys...
Best advice I had (besides something like Ror's) was to stock up the freezer with home cooking, for quick-defrost meals. We never realized how much sleep we'd be losing, big change. All the normal routines go out the window...
(mine is two months old already...time is flying by!) But it is the best time in my life! (no sleep) But that doesnt seem to matter so much once you have them in your arms!

i've heard that when they come out purple, covered in gunk, and screaming like an otherworldy demon, it's actually normal. So don't let that freak you out. And don't try and frag it
I think after this past 3 day weekend of telling our family & friends, we kind of got burned out on the whole thing you know? Ahh, that'll be a nice story to tell the kid in 10 years..'when we told everyone we were pregnant with you, we got really sick of it really fast.' hehehehe
