I need HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I cant play an offline version of CS:CZ. It crashes right when its done loading. Ive tried all the steam and valve explainations and it dont work. the game is 100% updated but it just crashes. The online game works fine, i can go into a server and play no problem. The offline game doesnt work at all, can anyone help me?
