FYI: you should probably make it clear that this is paid work, because right now your post seems like the above is the 'payment'. If, as it seems, this is not paid work, then you are in the wrong section of the forum. You need to go here
p.s To clarify, in the context of games studios hiring candidates, i.e in the eyes of 'the industry', working on a mod (whilst useful), is NOT considered gaining 'industry experience'.
