During I shall add some assimetrical stuff.
I started modelling from box.
P.S: my comp is weak for this stuff=)
Awesome, I would stylize the lips a bit more so they aren't quite dead on human, but your call. Great work! Are you going to normal map it? Texture it?

I think you should push the hard edges, he's looking a bit 'globby' right now. I love the lips and nose.
