I'm getting minor speckles that look like a dithering problem in some renders... Any idea what this might be? It's usually only in a small concentrated area.
You're gonna have to provide a lot more info than that to get anywhere methinks. A visual clue would help no end. Are you talking about colour banding perhaps? I've sometimes seen that exist in the render view in maya, but not be present externally (i.e Photoshop).
Heheh, sorry, didn't have the offender handy. I'll get an example, though. The artifacts rendered out to tga's that were still present when combined to a quicktime.
