bobo doesn't post enough. awesome...what else am i going to say. what about some subtle blues in the worms white parts tho....could work?.....hmmmmmmmmmm?
I think the Dragonian particularly looks good in the engine. Everything looks nice and consistantly bobo-esquely awesome.
Any chance of getting an in-engine shot of your rat-man? And can the camera move in any closer when in the game, or does it stay that distance? Just curious to see if I'd be able to admire the finer details in game.
Oh yeah, I fell in love with the cryptworm's anterior oriface.
Real nice work. I really love the white on red of the caterpillar creature. I think in game they look a bit dry all over, could use some faint specular that has a larger spread to sell the material types. I personall would have preferred to see you paint in the specular highlights, and then be shown in engine with a high ambient. The current implementation doesn't show off your texturing as well as it could, and doesn't show a lot of material types. I noticed that in the demo about most of the assets. Kind of like a wierd middle ground of half painted, half per pixel, but neither done full out to really take advantage of the method. I realize that decision was probably decided for you, but I think it holds the art of the game back overall.

I think according to obcenity laws in the usa, if something isn't human you can show it's bits, meaning that the bird could have a lovely pair of nockers, and the ogre could keep his nipples. I guess I'm anti corectness, we men suck on them all our lives and women have them anyway, why cover them up!
I love the work you guys have shown. I just wish I could actually see them in-game. Unfortunetely I'm one of a whole slew of people that are running into problems every 5 minutes with this game :[ Hopefully a new patch will come out to fix the problems and make the game playable. I'd love chop your creatures into little bits! :]
Graciousness, Bobo! happy to get to see these guys again, the quality of work from you and everyone else on the team is self-evident. it's great to watch people go nuts over this game on a variety of game forums across the net

so cool.
Can u show us texture sheets, huh?
stellar as usual .. porkman is my fav though
Sectaurs: You can zoom in and out in the game. Ill probably do a ratman shot soon.
Ashat: Sorry, but I cant release any source material as it is owned by THQ. Just renders.
Fuse: Best use of polygons ever! I actually modeled the nipples on my old Cyclops I did several years back. I had to do the same for this guy.

It's a shame that so much of the detail gets lost in the game

The boarman reminds me of what I always pictured Ganon to look like on the original NES Zelda.

Earth is my favorite mastery because of this Earth pet. He's a juggernaut in-game!
Graciousness everyone for the kind words, although grazes a horse!

"Because of the nipples?" you may ask.
Yes.
