she needs lots of vestigial straps on her pants. you should make her a Straight-Edge, the worst kind of emo, with the black X's on her hands. And she needs more hair in front of her face. BC glasses are a nice touch. Maybe catseyes style? OMG pun?!

i like the X idea though.

i know im not up on my musical genres but to me emo is just whiney pop punk. bands who wear black and sing about how they hate their parents and how life sucks (like Good Charlote and their ilk and though they arent pop punk, Staind is very emo).

but whatever.. i dont really care what 'real' emo is, hope the little cutters bleed to death so they stop whining.

she's more goth rock to me but The3DGuy called her emo kitty in #model_design and i thought it was cute so it stuck

Make her trans-genre. Hell, she's already trans-species. That way she can tell the cheerleaders "I'm sorry I don't fit into your convenient little labels!" and go sit in a corner.

anyways, I just like the concept, regardless of what sub-culture its mocking.

sectaurs: it's a Gothic Flying V. 6 string guitar. no idea if they make a bass in teh V form.

in the concepts,, specialy the first more cat one i like best, the facial features are more squished to the bottom of the face giving that more anime look with the big forehead, the model things seem more spread out, her eyes look higher than even the mid way point of the head, makes her seem more weird alien

rhinokio: took your advice and she looks much better now. and some of the youthfulness i was missing came out. helped the shading look nicer as well.

technically, a standard Gibson Flying V wouldn't have a whammy bar on it, especially with a bridge that size (which looks like a tune-o-matic style); what you'd need to do is put a Floyd Rose style bridge on there, which is much larger. (like you have in that custom/edited looking Gothic Flying V in your original pictures)

Kind of a stupid crit, but the one thing that bugged the hell out of me in Guitar Hero was the endorsement of Gibson as the only guitar company, since they dont have a single 'rock' model that comes standard with a whammy bar (though Judas Priest used custom models with Floyd Rose's installed in them). The Jazz/Blues guitars occasionally have bigsby's, but that's as close as you'll get...

K.K. Downing of Judas Priest plays a Hamer Vector with a whammy bar. true snemmy could make the tremolo system a tad bigger but you should have seen it before i told him to fix it. he had the whammy bar coming off of this bridge.

well at least the latest version looks female, i have my doubts about the previous ones, face and arms were just too rough and angled for a female. Guess someone hasn`t too much experience of studying the female body

haha, sorry, at the time i was jokingly calling any music that was sad/depressing/whiney emo. ive since heard lots of 'real' 'emo' music.
actually i get called emo at least twice a day by a friend, but she is emo too.
i actually dont give a care about genre labels, i listen to what i like whatever genre it is. heh, maybe that's weird...

and in retrospect yes the corset should be higher to cover her boobs
