I think he needs a lot more bulk to him, if you're going for KISS. This guy looks more like a demon or some sort than an old rocker in grease-paint.

Wouldnt it be better to use all those useless polys in the legs to help make the mesh not suck? You've got single segments for deforming arms that will look like paper snapping when you animate it.
