Ok so here is the finished mesh. It's only at 1500 tris but can't see any parts that needs the extra loops. I might give him smoke or maybe more detail in the guitar. If you guys see anywhere else let me know.
Looking good. The bong (in his mouth) is gonna give you some problems though, once its textured it's going to look ugly where it meets the mouth. Maybe try collapsing the mouth end of the bong into one vertex, which goes into the mouth?
Also the calves are sticking out in a strange way in the shaded render (on his right leg)
