you did it well:) i'd like to see some stencil self shadowing and stuff for that anime look, maybe very thin cel shading.

you're gonna need to define some joints on the limbs (wrists, elbows, knees particularly), or you'll have a shapeless, bendy deformation when you come to skin it

Hey it's Leon the Peon! Rocking! An excellent likeness though I think he could do with a bit of the following:

*A bit more chin
*Smaller eyes
*More pronounced jacket wrinkles
*And wider pants (with wider wrinkles).
*Equip the boy with his Earthshaker2 Pistol

Oh and what's up with his waist and ass? Do you have any side or back shots of this guy? He needs so beefcake injected around that region.

Some edge loops on the arms and legs don't seem to be doing much for the shape. I would get rid of them.
