maya: forgets which script tools I have installed

recently, when I start maya all my scripts such as mjpolytools or keegans script pack are not present and I have to re-initialize them even though I have already installed them. Does anyone know how to get it back to being loaded when maya starts? I don't remember messing with any settings so I'm a bit stumped

check your userSetup.mel, see if something wiped it or replaced it

Just a word of warning, if you use the userSetup.mel that comes with MJPolyTools it might foobar your UV / Materials. I had this happen to me on both my home machine and on a school machine. It's best to initialize it manually in my opinion.
