Lowpoly crazy characters

Not sure what came in to me, but after seeing CGChat's lowpoly thread, I felt like going lowpoly too.
The Dictator was once just a regular guy, who wanted to be the most famous person in the world. Obviously, the ultimate way to make it into the history books is being an evil dictator, and so was born the Dictator, who stops at nothing to claim the world, and a place in the history books.
Being famous for doing dictatorial stuff is nice, but other people tend to dislike dictators. The Allied forces have recalled their already retired general, for one more mission.
Not sure what to do with them yet, and I plan to make more. Crits are appreciated.

for the Dictator i think you should use as many polies as you did in the General to make them consistant.
i'd go ahead and bump both their counts to 300 even and add a couple more polies for deformation
