max gizmo gone

My max gizmo just vanished, this isn't the common x key problem, the bloddy thing has gone completely. I've tried restarting both max and my pc but no joy. This is the case for all files i now open in max. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Maybe it's just shrunk down to a point where you can't see it. Tried =/+?

looks like it was show transform gizmo in the views menu, never happend before, but its sorted now.
