It sounds interesting, would have to use it first, before making a judgement. It's like the Wii controller - it needs first-hand experience to validate it's usefullness.
In theory, it could be a more interactive kind of feedback, like rumble x10. At the same time, it sounds gimmicky. I'll wait until I get to use it, before I make a final judgement.
Unless you are interested in those more "specially flavoured" games
