Perhaps you need to clean the keyboard? Pop all the keys out and wash the entire thing in dishwashing water, let it dry for a few days before reconnecting.

FWIW, Photoshop has problems grabbing the latest contents of the clipboard, so it feels like its ignoring the Printscreen button.

My priontscreen stops functioning intermittantly. If you use Alt-Print screen, it pretty much always works.
