Help needed in retaining model shape in zbrush

have been working on my female firefighter model(see game design section) finished the character now working on accessories.The model is lo poly and i used zbrsuh to create the normal map
I imported accessories into zbrush and used the smartdiv plugin which minimises the deformation,but as screenshots below show they still change as i sub divide.
Is there any way i can solve this?and if you can help can you please detail how,this is my 2nd time using zbrush and would appreciate some guidance
