The game appeals to the minor's morbid interest in violence.

Which makes me wonder why we'd stop them from buying the game if they already have a violent predisposition and would have to harm a real person to satisfy his interest otherwise. Shouldn't that be reason enough for locking him up for therapy?

That law is totally nuts and obviously is going to be ruled as unconstitutional eventually. It's amazing that it passed with a unanimous vote.

I think politicians should be fired and forbidden from ever holding a political position again if they vote for a law that is obviously unconstitutional.
