Faces... Faces... Heads....

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has written, or could direct me to some good face/head modeling tutorials. I've been trying to figure it out on my own, and I can't seem to locate any good tutorials myself. Every face I make either comes out way to flat, or just looks like craps. Any tips or anything? I'm listening. Thanks!

if you are using max, search for the head plugin. Kinda cool for basing heads on

Forgot to mention I was using Max 8, thanks for the tip, is the head plugin in Max already, or does it need to be downloaded?
