Zbrush problem

Ok so i have this mesh that i cant devide anymore, and i dont understand why. I try deleting the lower sub-ds and then dividing and for some reason random polys wont devide..... Hopefully someone has dealt with this before and i wont have to redo a bunch of work =(

Hmm... Dont you have hidden/masked bits? That might cause that, yet I cannot check, don't have Zbrush here.

yeah, masked bits definitely cause that error message.
Masked or hidden parts too.

I think I remember getting this error message once - I just exported the highest level as an OBJ, brought it back in and used Reconstruct Subdiv.
