thought about doing a cat girl(teehee) but found a cute Medusa type character in a manga and went with snakes instead of kitties. though i love kitties. =^.^=

going slightly with the idea of a young Medusa that was inducted into Slytherin house at Hogwarts. XD

the snakes are supposed to have bows around their 'necks'.
she's still WIP.

Not very chibi yet. Are you going to add more cuteness or will it remain as monsteresque as it is?

trying to make her cuter but keep it balanced with the monster aspect. i think im getting closer.

debating on keeping a snake ponytail (which also makes it look like dreads) or just have the snakes writhing freely.



that's about as 'chibi' as i want to get with proportions. not sure a more deformed body style would look quite right.

Lookin good to me so far. Interested in how you're planning to deal with the snakes, they look like they're gunna do a number on your poly count.

work on head so far. had to spend quite a few hours in PS figuring out the anatomy of the head features. ~640 polies so far. the snakes have me worried though. eep..

Looking pretty nice so far. If you are really stuck on making room for snakes, you might be able to get away with just have poly strips with alphas on them. It'd be tough to do while still making it look good though.

she's sitting at 1024 polies exactly. had to compromise on the snake hair a little. but still i think it looks fairly decent.

mitten hands.. sigh.

I like the eyes very cute, she'll look nice and slippery when you get the spec map on there. She does look a bit grey still could do with some more colorizing, keep goin your almost there.

It's looking very nice, really liking the skin. Though I liked the eyes more in your concept. (They were more like an amphibious eye).
