This is my model "Cyborgella" ( because she's a vampire cyborg) that is currently standing at a total of 12, 470 tris. It has a default blin specularity with a normal map and a texture map at the moment.
I created this model in z-brush first with the z spheres and then I imported it into Maya and deleted edge loops, bringing the polycount down and cleaning the model so that it would have mostly quads. I personally leave most of the modeling up to z-brush...
I'd say get a specular map on there. Some of the proportions and the exposed skeleton bother me a bit. I'd say either push the exaggerations a bit more, or bring it back to lifelike proportions a bit more. I really like the feet and the meaty bits on the cheek.
