Oh yeah, Point Roberts I think it's called. My friend orders stuff online (boardgames) and gets them shipped there, since the shipping to the US is much cheaper. Then he drives over the border and picks it up - apparently it's a pretty common thing, as you can call the post office and set up a temporary post office box quite easily! Sounds like a plan to me.
But yeah, it does seem pretty dumb to have that little hunk of land sliced off.

Ya it was fun, good thing I realized I left without paying and came back. That would have been a great first impression eh? Had a good time, I had to head out to meet the girl but otherwise I would have loved to stay longer.
