Any good half life2 single player mods?

Other than "Mistake of Pythagoras," everything else is pretty mediocre in comparison. I can't recommend anything else in good conscience.

"Eclipse" is decent though.

I'd like to know of more completed mods.

I've only played Substance, so far. It re-arranges the game, and adds more difficulty, along with many other extras.

Smod is a great 'fun' mod for Hl2's sp, and Minverva is probably the best campaign right now.
