3D Character Freelance Artist needed

We are looking for a talented freelancer CG artist good in texturing and modeling fields to help us doing some work modeling and texturing 3D characters with photo realistic quality. This is a paid work.

What work, exactly, needs to be done? What kind of specs are we looking at (poly count, texture sizes..etc)? How many assets are we talking?

Please try and provide as much information as possible to what you are looking for.

We need 3 contemporary like elite soldiers and we need them with top quality.
The texture has to be very realistic, with size between 2048x1024 and 2048x2048, and using specular map and bump map, if you feel the need of using them to improve the quality of the character.
Regarding to modeling, we require something like 4000 triangles, up to 5000 *if* needed.

The result must be very good, as good or better as the better AAA titles around.
