Any downsides to Paint Shop Pro 10?

Just got the demo and ordered the full version. I must say, for less than $100 it's got most of the functionality of Photoshop at a small fraction of the cost. Plus you can customize your keyboard! Bout friggen time. It saves and loads my existing .psd files properly. Anyone know of any drawbacks to it besides it not really being -the- industry standard?

then again I've never stuck with anything newer than 5. Since then only memory-bloating filters have only been added, as well as the price slowly creeping up.
