From what I saw, I didn't think the models were that great. The textures on the character were sloppy... and I'm guessing it was because photos were used. There was no attemps made to match up any of the seams or clean up areas of the photo source materials.

I only had a closer look at the combine. They used photos, but that's a good way to do it if you spend enough time on fixing all the problems a photo has. I liked that one a lot
1.Alex 8323. Breen 6629. Barney 5922. Everyone else around 4700-5200.
2. Airboat 5944. Buggy 5824
3. Guns (with arms) around 1500-3200 (crossbow and .357 cal). Gordons arms are 1976 polys, but you only see them once when he flexes his fingers after getting the suit. Some of the weapons only includes one arm which definatly lowers the total polycount a lot.

I know its not answer to the question but its pretty good since you can also see lod's and wireframes, check animations etc etc

3. POV as in first person? 1200-2000, 300-500 for thirdperson. About 1800 for both arms.
