I wrote my own PHP random idea generator. It's supremely silly but you can have some fun:

BTW i'm adding more variables all the time, at the moment the characters section is the most filled-out, there aren't so many variables for the location and action in the scenario, and the vehicles section is very WIP. Still fun though.

Inspired me to dig out the wacom (used maybe 3 times since i got it, bad me). Not very creative, i know, just wanted to draw something (subject was a bit ambiguous(sp?) tho).
Time limit was 30 mins, i was closer to 45
edit: still had some juice in me, had a go at another. 20min limit - 30 taken

this generator could use a few more scenarios, like a coliseum, paris, on the sea, crypt, in midair, etc.
However I'm pretty sure my generator has more variables and creates more interesting (and grammatically correct!) outputs ... so people can choose what they want really.
