photoshop wheel mouse question.

I can zoom in and out using the wheel on the mouse, but the zoom seems random like 200.35% or 311.5%, is there any way to lock the zoom to 100% increments like using the actual zoom tool?

I always use the shortcut keys, CTRL + and CTRL -

Yeah I wish there was a way to do that too! Like maybe 25% increments or something ... it's been bugging me for ages but I've never found a way to stop it doing that

by default it should go in 100% increments beyond 100%..

Anything under 100% it should go 66%, 50%, 33%, 15%, etc...
