So my friend Stoofoo will soon be graced my a visit by yours truly this very Saturday, and I will be in the area until tuesday--
there are scattered reports of polycounters in the area and i would of course love to confirm such suspicions!
so yeah. let's get it together. maybe a sketch group or something, whatever you crazy kids do in Boston. probably steal hubcaps and whisper secrets into cracks in the floorboards, right? whatever
that means. Stoof says he hasn't really met up with the polycounters in the area, which i know is a mistake that shall soon be rectified. So who's out there looking forward to gauss visitation?
many west coast polycounters will attest to my friendly demeanour and artfully arranged shoelaces. don't be frightened by the above image, the mustache is not real.
though i am currently sporting something of a goatee these days, it is no where near the alarmingly sensuous thickness that photo implies. so don't be shy, let's say hello.
and unlike when Poopinmymouth visits, you won't wake up in the middle of the night to find me gently brushing your hair.
i will only do that in the morning when you are awake. thank you.

you are a buffet of manliness!
Ever.
Thank you.
my mustache is real!
thank you steadykins and brome... i'm quite fond of the image myself. worked hard on it. sadly the sideburns are photoshopped, but that is a REAL fake mustache.
best photo ever!
just a tad better than those Per photos though.
I can attest that Mr. M. is quite a civilized guest. Perhaps if he wore his 'do like that when he was here I would have kept him longer. In the basement. Rubbing lotion on it's skin.
KP looks like he's an insane hitchiker who will eat your bones.

That's because he is.

is that a lady touching your face?
bobo and co.: ok, how about this? i figure that people will probably be busy on the weekdays, so i'm looking at Sunday for a polycount get-together... a coffee shop or bar or other such friendly, get-together venue for a meetup. not having been to the Boston area, i'd love to hear any suggestions for a good spot. does Sunday afternoon/evening work for people?

so let's plan on getting everyone together at this 'large AU Bon Pain' outside the Harvard TStop at around 11:30. Don't come late, or you'll end up making us pay for entrance into the museum, which is totally not cool.
I can't remember which street exit to the Tstop it is... it opens up to an intersection/plaza and the AU bon pain is right behind the exit. Everyone who wants to come shoot me an email at blankslatejoe (at) hotmail.com and I'll give you my cell phone number.
Which will be promptly published here because Joe likes getting hawt dirty phone calls from as many people as he can.
that sucks you have to work chris-- sunday si the only day the museum is free and everyone can meet
Also, this weekend is daylights savings time (clocks forward, we lose an hour of sleep ! ), so plan accordingly.
Everyone else--- you missed an awesome meetup and more brit chicks in one room than I've seen in my entire life. Now I have a ton of great new insult words to use on coworkers and they'll have no idea what I'm talking about.
Hope you liked your visit to Iron Lore:)
