The content is all just awesome. No problems getting around the site as it all looks there. Where did all these q4 monsters come from? What are they for? They are so good!
Wow this is really great stuff, I'm guessing you worked on Quake4. What technique are you using to make the high poly models the cage doesn't look like sub d/smooth proxy, is this the 3d studio max bezier patch? I'm saving all these images to the inspiration folder.
artwork is nice. couple of crits on the site though.
first, descriptions and such for each page giving some background on the models. especially for the commercial art, save people thinking the models were for q4 when in reality they were for a canned project.
secondly, I personally dislike how the art pages work. I use firefox, which is set to open new windows in a new tab. not a huge issue, but I find it takes away a little from the flow of the site. maybe have the nav bar on all pages and all in the same window? just a thought.
Actually, Keg makes a good point about the separate pages loading up - mine opens a new window when I click on the thumbnails, which is kinda annoying since I instinctively wanna hit the back button but it doesn't work, I have to close the window instead to get back.
I think it'd be a lot nicer to browse if you just had those pages opening in the same window and keeping the navigation persistent at the top of the full-size image pages.
Yeah, Vitaliy did that (ever finish it V?), based on Marko Djurdjevic's concept ... I was gonna do a model of it too until I realised he already had started

As for the site, nice simple design, clean and easily navigated. Plus black = sexy, so all's good
keep rockin'
get those tutorials done! so we can see your workflow.
If you say you concepted the Q4 beasties aswell, then I think I'll just vomit all over myself.

Still though the art rocks
Spectacular gallery. I hope that the tutorial section won't stay empty for too long.

V for Victory!
Not only is the work great, but the speed at which you produce is amazing. Simple, easy layout on the site too, as it should be.
(Btw, same guy who done the jesus/mecha thing? I seem to remember something like that in the same style but can't place where I saw it or who it was)
mop/super: yeah i started that, i think I WILL finish it at some point cuz i just dug up the model a couple of days ago.
Awesome stuff, Vitaliy. I think I am going to "borrow" your idea of having the box art for shipped titles on your resume page.

He borrowed it from me, but go ahead. 8-)
