Hah thanks for the support Arsh & guys I only just noticed I made front page. ( which is weird since I put it up there over a week ago ) Cgtalk does seem to have this absolutely humungous userbase these days, and any publicity is good publicity. 10,000+ hits on the thread and only one job offer So it's not lead to fame and fortune just yet, but it has given me some absolutely fascinating e-mails, including this classic from just now:

"My name is Lei .Im 22 years old Now.
I like the 3 d character and paint that you do very much,
I am your idolater
I apply the 3Dmax and softiamgeXSI .
This is what I do.Hope you to bring forward the notion."

Which is totally rad, and it makes it all worthwhile.

It also gets you 20 chinese students adding you to their IM list! Honestly I really shouldn't complain. I've had 5 companies approach me since it went up there so that's totally cool. And of course the sex thing is nice.
