What you now about this shader in realtime game development?
Where i can read about it? How it works?

I'm not sure really what you want to know, but that's a link to JIStyles' real-time skin shader, which has some info, unfortunately his site seems to be down so you can't download it at the moment.
I think Ben Cloward is also working on a skin shader with SSS at the moment too, but it's not public.

Also I moved this thread, it should be here, not in Pimping & Previews.

SSS requires raytracing, you won't see a true SSS implementation in games any time soon.
